Responsibilities: Leading design for three teams reimagining how to track progress and issues on construction sites

• Ensuring delivery of three high-quality products critical to business goals (the unification of PlanGrid and Autodesk tools), while balancing existing user retention and revenue
• Communicating status to leadership (priorities, wins, blockers) and advocating for team needs
• Defining group strategy for target audiences and prioritization frameworks
  Identifying new product investment areas based on research, desired user outcomes, and sales strategy
• Managing three full-time designers (plus interns or contractors); resulting in high-quality output
• Cultivating a supportive and productive culture (1:1s, team bonding, crit, addressing feedback, etc)
• Developing user journey map templates and a repository to deepen knowledge of users across the org
• Facilitating improved collaboration between two cross-cultural, cross-timezone teams

• Leading design for a new cross-functional product team from discovery through beta and launch
